Owners -
Keith & Michelle Bucher
Keith and Michelle Bucher are a husband and wife team and owners of LCM Building Company, LLC (formerly Landmark Construction Management, LLC). They are Idaho natives and Boise State University Alumni. Keith has over 20 years in construction experience, with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and a public works license. He found his love in construction when he first started as a finish carpenter. Keith served several years as construction manager for commercial and residential building. He ultimately became the regional manager in construction for a large local developer where he supervised very large complexes in the valley. He decided to switch gears and open his own company Landmark Construction Management back in 2012. Michelle helps clients pick out designs for the home using her design-eye. She also is a Realtor with Silvercreek Realty Group and helps clients of LCM to find the perfect land to build their future dream home on. Together with our expertise, we really make it easy on clients to get through the building process.
